Luoyang BOBI Precision Bearings Secures Custom Ceramic Bearing Order: Technological Innovation Drives High-End Applications

Following six months of rigorous prototype testing, Luoyang BOBI Precision Bearings Co., Ltd. (NERT) has officially secured its first order for non-standard ceramic bearings from a key client. The agreement includes the delivery of 200 units each of the NSA010AR0 and NSA020AR0 thin-wall precision bearing models, marking a significant breakthrough in the company’s capabilities within specialized material bearing solutions. The newly contracted products feature a hybrid “stainless steel + full-complement silicon nitride ceramic ball” design. By optimizing the angular contact raceway configuration, the bearings achieve both high rigidity and low friction coefficients. The NSA010AR0 model, a custom-engineered solution, defies traditional dimensional constraints for constant cross-section thin-wall bearings with its compact 25mm inner diameter × 37mm outer diameter × 7mm height design. This makes it ideal for high-precision transmission systems in space-constrained environments.

Meanwhile, the NSA020AR0 model adheres to mature standardized production specifications, offering a universal 50.8mm inner diameter × 63.5mm outer diameter × 6.35mm height configuration. Its full ceramic spheres deliver high-temperature resistance and self-lubricating properties, ensuring extended service life in continuous operation scenarios. Combining stainless steel’s corrosion resistance with silicon nitride ceramic’s low-density advantages, these thin-wall bearings are specifically tailored for high-end applications with stringent cleanliness, temperature control, and reliability requirements. Target sectors include medical device clean room equipment, semiconductor wafer-handling robots, and electric drive systems for new energy vehicles.
