1. Oil bath lubrication

2. Oil leakage lubrication

Oil leakage lubrication is suitable for NSK bearing components that require quantitative analysis of supply and demand to balance grease. The amount of oil leakage is preferably one drop every 3-8 seconds. Excessive remaining oil will increase the bearing temperature.

3. Circulation system oil lubrication

Use a gasoline pump to transport the filtered oil to the NSK bearing components, and then apply the filtered water after cooling according to the grease behind the bearing. Since the circulating system oil can take away the unquestionable heat generation and reduce the heat of the bearing, the method is suitable for bearing components with relatively high speed.

4. Sprayer lubrication

Use boring gas to mix with the sprayer and grease to cause welding fumes. In radioactive NSK bearings, the cyclone can reasonably reduce the bearing heat and prevent the invasion of residues. The method is suitable for the lubrication of high-speed and ultra-low temperature bearing components.

5. Radioactive Wetting

Use a gasoline pump to inject the bottom pressure oil into the NSK bearing through the nozzle, and the oil injected into the bearing is injected into the oil groove through the other end of the bearing. When the bearing is running at high speed, the turning body and the cage also cause the surrounding air to cause a cyclone at the same high rotation rate as you want. Some lubrication methods cannot be used to send grease to the bearing. At this time, it is necessary to use bottom pressure radioactivity. The method of spraying grease into the bearing, the influence of the nozzle should be placed between the inner ring and the central government of the cage.
