Overview of FAG precision bearing composition

FAG precision bearings are mainly composed of taper sleeves, bushings, sealing systems, locking systems and thrust bearings. Among them, the tapered sleeve is connected with the roller through a stop button, and the sleeve is installed on the outside of the tapered sleeve.

The special fixing pin is connected with the bearing seat. The main function of the sealing system is to ensure that the oil film oil in the bearing is completely closed during the use of the rolling mill, and to prevent various foreign objects from entering the bearing cavity. The locking system has a locking function of the oil film seal assembly.

The thrust bearing is selected according to the size of the oil film bearing, common ball type, flat type, and roller type.
