KC080AR0, a staple product of our company, boasts exceptional performance and wide-ranging applications thanks to its unique angular contact design. However, during this collaboration, the client presented a non-standard requirement: replacing the traditional copper cage with bakelite material. This seemingly straightforward request posed greater challenges to our production processes, material selection, and quality control.

To meet the client’s needs, our technical department meticulously designed a set of drawings tailored for the bakelite cage. Considering bakelite properties, such as wear resistance, self-lubrication, and excellent shock absorption, our technicians paid special attention to ensuring seamless integration with the bearing body, enhancing product performance without compromising its stability and durability.

Subsequently, the procurement department sourced and customized a batch of high-quality bakelite cages based on the technical drawings.

After intense production efforts and rigorous quality inspections, KC080AR0 was smoothly delivered to the client. Feedback from the client after installation and use indicated their high satisfaction with this batch of products.

The KC080AR0 constant section thin-walled bearing, with an inner diameter of 8 inches (203.2mm), an outer diameter of 8.75 inches (209.55mm), and a height of 0.375 inches (9.525mm), employs an angular contact structure in conjunction with spherical rolling elements. This not only ensures stable operation at high precision and speed but also further enhances the product’s lifespan and maintenance convenience through the introduction of the bakelite cage.
