The Quality Audit By A Electro-optical Pod And Gyroscope Stabilizing Platform Research And Development Enterprise Successfully Passed

Luoyang BOBI Precision Bearing Co., Ltd. Successfully passed the quality audit conducted by a certain electro-optical pod and gyroscope stabilizing platform research and development enterprise in mid-May 2024. The audit, spanning three days, was conducted by the quality department of the electro-optical pod research and production enterprise. This audit followed the smooth testing of 10 sets of NKA025AR0 thin-section bearing samples provided by the company on a test machine.

Modern electro-optical pods have evolved from single sensors to multiple sensor combinations, commonly used in aviation, maritime, and terrestrial transport carriers. Factors such as rolling and vibration of these carriers can affect the optical axis stability of various electro-optical sensors, potentially leading to issues like image blurring and inaccurate positioning. Therefore, it is required to maintain the optical axes of each sensor parallel to each other, imposing higher demands on the production and assembly of thin-walled bearings.

NKA025AR0 is an open-type angular contact bearing with equal section dimensions, having an inner diameter of 63.5mm, outer diameter of 76.2mm, and thickness of 6.35mm. The successful completion of this audit validates, from another perspective, the high quality of the bearing products manufactured by Luoyang Thin-walled Precision Bearing Co., Ltd.
